New Charity Greetings CARDS

Just £1 per card - 100% to Kettering General Hospital (KGH)

In April, after seven weeks in hospital, Leslie sadly lost his battle with sepsis and leukemia. One of his few pleasures in those final weeks was sipping ice cold water, which soothed his throat and kept him refreshed. Sadly, he couldn’t always have it because his ward (Barnwell C) did not have its own ice machine. Strict H&S regulations mean they are expensive to buy and understandably not an NHS priority. But in the hot, stuffy bays and side rooms, tap water soon becomes warm and unappealing. We want to change that by buying an ice machine for Barnwell C ward in Leslie's memory.

Leslie’s wife, Barbara, has paid to print 10 beautiful, high quality cards featuring his flower paintings. Measuring 152mm square, they are printed on thick 350gsm board with a silk finish and come with matching white gummed envelopes.

Our goal is to buy an ice machine by what would have been Leslie’s 84th birthday on July 22nd.
